Obituary of Alberta "Bert" Bridge

BRIDGE – Myrtle Eva Alberta (Bert):  Passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 of Simcoe in her 89^th year.  Daughter of the Late Pearl Oakes (Gord) and Herbert Douglas.  Loving mother of Judy Scrivener (Bryan Brown), Doug (Susan), Dave (Shirley), Rick (Carolyn), Randy (Heather) and cherished grandmother and great-grandmother.  Also surviving is her sister Ila MacDonald and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 11a.m. – 2 p.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe where the funeral will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m.  Reverend Bret Maukonen Officiating.  Cremation to follow.  Those wishing to make a donation in Bert’s are asked to consider The Heart and Stroke Foundation or a Charity of One’s Choice.  Online condolences at www.baldockfuneralhome.com
