Obituary of Harvey Roy Burk

BURK – Harvey Roy:  Passed away at The Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home on Saturday, March 2, 2019 of Simcoe in his 87^th year.  Son of the Late Archie and Elsie.  Much beloved husband of Florence Burk.  Loving father of Deb Welsh (Wayne), Katharine Bonaccorso (Allan Dalby), Dan Horlock (Jayne), Kathaleen Horlock (Arja), Robert Horlock (Lynn).  He was a cherished grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great grandfather.  Also surviving is his sister Rosella Bell and numerous nieces and nephews.  Harvey was predeceased by his daughter Shelley Thompson (1985) and many siblings.  Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe where the funeral will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m.  Reverend Ron Mullin officiating followed by interment at Oakwood Cemetery.  Those wishing to make a donation in Harvey’s memory are asked to consider a Charity of One’s Choice.  Online condolences at www.baldockfuneralhome.com
