Obituary of Muriel Kathleen Blake

BLAKE – Muriel Kathleen:  Passed away Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Thursday, June 20, 2019 of Simcoe in her 92^nd year.  Daughter of the Late Henry and Violet Blake.  Predeceased by her brother Kenneth (2019) she is survived by her sister-in-law Eleanor Blake, niece Barbara Papp (Frank), nephew William Blake (Diana), great nephew Ian Papp (Regan), great nieces Lauren Verwegen (Cory), Dr. Alexandra Blake (Fiancé Patrick Stockwell) and great-great nephew Ethan Papp.  Muriel was a long time resident in Port Dover and had operated a General Store and Gas Station in Dognest.  Cremation has taken place.  A family graveside service will take place at White Chapel Cemetery in Stoney Creek at a later date.  BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Those wishing to make a donation in Muriel’s memory are asked to consider a Charity of One’s Choice.  The family would like to thank the staff at Norview Lodge for their care of Muriel.  Online condolences at www.baldockfuneralhome.com
