Obituary of Dorothy Alice Krentz

KRENTZ – Dorothy Alice:  Passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 in her 78^th year.  Daughter of the Late Joseph and Lillian McGibbon.  Beloved wife of the Late Ronald Krentz (2000) and dear friend of Jim Gable.  Loving mother of Christine Szymezko (James) and Deborah Krentz (Terry Shearer).  Cherished grandmother of Monica (Justin) and Lillian.  Also surviving are Jim’s children Jim (Arlene, John, Alice (Cam), sisters Joyce Berry, Margaret Wetherup, Jean Long, brother David McGibbon (Susie), sisters-in-law Lavina Lobsinger, Ruth Gable, brother-in-law Joe Krentz (Pat), numerous nieces and nephews.  Dorothy was predeceased by Jim’s daughter Dianna and several sisters and brothers-in-law.  Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 7 – 9 p.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe where the funeral will be held on Friday at 11 a.m.  Cremation to follow with interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Waterford at a later date.  Those wishing to make a donation in Dorothy’s memory are asked to consider a Charity of One’s Choice.  Online condolences at www.baldockfuneralhome.com.
