Obituary of Richard Taylor Maxwell

MAXWELL – Richard Taylor (Dick):  Passed away peacefully at The Norfolk General Hospital on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in his 93^rd year.  Son of the Late Frank and Jesse.  Much beloved husband of the Late Helen (nee: Miller 2015).  Loving father of John (Cindy) and Hugh (Judy).  Cherished grandfather of Drew and Calvin.  Also surviving  are many cousins, nieces and nephews.  Dick was predeceased by his sisters Francis Ferris (Harry), Irene Holman (Bill), brothers Allen, Ted and Robert (Marion).  He was a lifelong resident of Norfolk County, a summer job at Norfolk Golf and Country Club as a caddy when he was 12 years old kindled a lifelong love of the game.  As he and Helen traveled Canada and the world with their many friends and family, they always found time to get a round in.  Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 1p.m. – 4 p.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe.
