Obituary of Hazel Kelly

KELLY – Helen “Hazel”:  Passed away at The Norfolk General Hospital on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 in her 95th year.  Daughter of the Late George and Emma Taylor.  Much beloved wife of the Late Donald Kelly (1974).  Loving mother of Ruth Anne Earls (Carl), Mary Alice Godelie (Michel) and John Kelly (Marilyn).  Cherished grandmother of Michel Godelie Jr. (Angie), Kelly Anne Godelie (Darryl), Rochelle Winter (Michael), Valerie Kelly (Chris Williams), Donald Kelly (Tim), great-grandmother of Brennon, Trisha, Summer, Donovan, Reese, MacKenzie, Nicholas and Benjamin.  Also surviving is her sister Wilma Smith, sisters-in-law Emma Barber, Lillian Gray (R.J.), Carolyn Caughill, numerous nieces and nephews.  Hazel was predeceased by her siblings Geneiva Nobes (Cliff), George Taylor (Evelyn), Leonard Taylor (Norma), Alan Taylor (Leona), sisters-in-law, Rev. Marion Schweitzer, Doris Neville, Norma Taylor and brother-in-law Robert Kelly.  Friends are invited to meet with the family on Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe where the funeral will be held on Saturday at 11;30 A.M.  Reverend Darrell Maguire officiating followed by interment at Lynedoch Cemetery (Evergreen).  Those wishing to make a donation in Hazel’s memory are asked to consider The First Baptist Church or The Norfolk Hospital Foundation.  Online condolences at www.baldockfuneralhome.com
