Obituary of June Roberts

ROBERTS – June Leota:  Passed away at The Norfolk General Hospital on Monday, August 6, 2018 of Simcoe in her 84^th year.  Daughter of the Late George  Anthony and Gwen Cooper (Jim).  Much beloved wife of Edgar Roberts for over 61 years.  Loving mother of Lynn Murtland (Alvin) and Richard Roberts (Michele).  Cherished grandmother of Matt (Melissa), Mike (Shauna), Sarah (Danny), Cassie, Braden (Ashley) and great grandmother of Aiden and Maycee.  Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.  June was predeceased by great-grandson Mason, sister Georgina Stephens (James), brother-in-law Paul Roberts (Jean) and sister-in-law Marjorie McKenzie (Bill).  June was a long time member and Sunday school teacher at First Baptist Church, Simcoe.  There will be a Private Family Funeral with interment at Oakwood Cemetery.  Reverend Darrel Maguire officiating.  THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Those wishing to make a donation in June’s memory are asked to consider The First Baptist Church or Diabetes Canada.  Online condolences at www.baldockfuneralhome.com
