Obituary of Angelina Sarah Bendek

BENDEK – Angelina Sarah “Sally”:  Passed away at St Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton on Monday, December 17, 2018 of Simcoe in her 70^th year.  Daughter of the Late Leonard and Gladys Bonaccorso.  Much beloved wife of the Late Bill Bendek (1998).  Loving mother of Shelley Dorish (Peter), Robert Howson (Kim), Charlena Dik (Koos).  Cherished grandmother of Andrew Dorish (Ashley), Mathew Dorish (Erin), Sara Dorish (Gord), Ashley Wulleman (Jeff), Brandi Boughner (Jason), Jessica Dik, Carter Dik and great-grandmother of 7.  Also surviving are her siblings Josephine Gilbert, Catherine Haskett (Dave), Mike Bonaccorso (Bonnie) and Maria Bonaccorso (Raymond), cousins, numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her son Paul (1969), many brothers, sisters and inlaws.   Sally enjoyed fishing, golfing, gardening, birds and taking walks and spending time with her family.  Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe where the funeral will be held on Friday at 11 a.m.  followed by interment at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.  Reverend Gary Patterson officiating.  Those wishing to make a donation in Sally’s memory are asked to consider The Who Did It Club.  Online condolences at www.baldockfuneralhome.com
